Beaphar CatComfort®

Helps with stressful situations & unwanted behavior

Cats are sensitive to changes and unexpected situations. They prefer a stable environment where as little change as possible. Well-known situations that can cause stress in your adult cat or kitten are, for example: New Year's Eve (fear for fireworks)move houses, new roommates (people and/or animals), travel or a vet visit.

Unfortunately, cats cannot tell when they are feeling anxious or stressed. Instead, your cat or kitten can express itself by displaying problem behaviors such as scratching furniture, meowing a lot, peeing in the house, fighting, etc.

Beaphar CatComfort stress situations

How can Beaphar CatComfort® help your cat?

Beaphar CatComfort® reassures cats and kittens with pheromones, substances that transmit certain signals. Ideal in situations when cats show problem behavior due to stress or fear. Beaphar CatComfort® products may contain the mother pheromone or the cat appeasing pheromone.

Feline Facial Pheromone F3

With the Facial pheromone a cat marks a place as safe or nice, for example doorposts and table legs. They give humans heat butts for this reason as well. This pheromone is recognizable for all cat breeds and cats of all ages. The Feline Facial pheromone helps with undesired behavior related to the environment. It also ensures that your cat or kitten gets a safe feeling in your house.

Reassuring Maternal Appeasing Pheromone

The reassuring Maternal Appeasing Pheromone (MAP) gives a safe and secure feeling and is crucial for the bond between a mother and her kittens. This pheromone is released by the mother cat while nursing her kittens and is recognized by cats of all ages. Among other things, it helps with social problems (e.g. to promote a harmonious relationship between cats or with their owner) and it is also very suitable for kittens when they move to their new owner and have to deal with many new impressions during the socialization period.
