Description
Beaphar Anti-Parasite Spot On for Rabbits, Guinea pigs, Ferrets and Rats is an effective, veterinary strength medicine containing ivermectin to treat lice, fleas, mange mites, other mites and roundworms in small animals. Beaphar Anti-Parasite Spot On for Rabbits, Guinea pigs, Ferrets and Rats is easy-to-use and controls parasites for up to four weeks. Suitable for rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and rats weighing more than 300g. For animals weighing less than 300g, use Beaphar Anti-Parasite Spot On for Golden Hamsters and Gerbils. IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE ON ANIMALS WEIGHING LESS THAN 300g AS THIS COULD RESULT IN OVERDOSING. We recommend treating all the animals in the cage or hutch at the same time, and treating the environment with a suitable insecticide.
Instructions
ALWAYS FULLY READ THE PRODUCT LABEL AND PACKAGING BEFORE USE. Weigh your pet carefully before application and use the following table to give the correct dose: Rats over 300g: 1 pipette Guinea pigs 300-750g: 1 pipette Guinea pigs over 750g: 2 pipettes Ferrets 300-750g: 1 pipette Ferrets 750-1500g: 2 pipettes Ferrets over 1500g: 3 pipettes Rabbits: 1 pipette per 750g of bodyweight For animals weighing less than 300g, use Beaphar Anti-Parasite Spot-On for Golden Hamsters and Gerbils. IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE ON ANIMALS WEIGHING LESS THAN 300g AS THIS COULD RESULT IN OVERDOSING. 1. Hold the pipette in an upright position, twist and pull the cap off. 2. Hold your pet firmly but gently, and apply the entire contents of the pipette to the skin at the base of the neck. 3. Squeeze the pipette several times across the skin to empty its contents completely. While squeezing out the contents, spread the solution over as great a surface of the skin as possible. If required, treatment can be repeated after four weeks.
