Job Role: Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Beaphar is one of Europe’s leading pet product manufacturers. We are seeking to recruit a Customer Services Assistant at our lovely new offices in Great Wratting.  The role is primarily responsible for looking after the needs of our trade customers and includes accurately processing orders, which necessarily requires good keyboard skills, producing invoices and maintaining customer records.  A good telephone manner is essential, as you will need to become quickly confident in answering customer queries. An interest in pets and their care would be a distinct advantage.


Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday, finishing at 4.00pm on Fridays

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with your experience and abilities, a contributory pension scheme and 25 days’ holiday per year.
