Cats Fleas

  • Q
My cat keeps getting fleas - where are they coming from?
  • A
Fleas spend the majority of their lives not on your cat, but in the home enviroement. Flea pupae can survive for many months and continue to hatch into new adults, which then infest cats...
  • Q
Can I catch fleas from my cat?
  • A
Fleas from your cat may well bite you (often around your ankles), but they will jump off again once they have bitten you, as your blood doesn't taste right and you're probably not hairy enough!
  • Q
How do your flea collars work?
  • A
Our flea collars work by slowly releasing the active ingredient, which has been impregnated into the collar material, over a long period of time. The active ingredient then slowly spears around the body surface of the pet in the natural oils of the skin.
  • Q
Does your soft cat flea collar stop working if my cat goes out in the rain?
  • A
No, your flea collar should still remain effective if your cat goes outside. The active ingredient is bound within the substance of the collar and, under normal weather conditions, should not be affected.
